If the work requires taste, context, authorship, instinct, or trust, it stays human. Automation is for removing mechanical steps, not outsourcing thinking.

Launch multiple times a week

Every launch should be intentional. We should be able to clearly say what we are launching, who it is for, and why it matters right now.

If we cannot articulate why something should go out now, it should not go out.

We work our way backwards

We’re building experiences first, not implementations.

Our implementation support the experience we want to give.

Defining experiences is hard, and requires:

• Taste: The decision of how it should feel to use our product
• Skill: discernment to know what is or is not possible
• Effort: it’s much harder to sit down and write down how things should be than just write another prompt

But working backwards unlocks

• Focus: Once you start with the end in mind, it’s much easier.
